In 2019, I continued my long-term collaboration with Art in the Orchard as the lead brochure designer, helping to shape the visitor experience through intuitive, welcoming design. This year’s program featured 30 juried sculptures set among the working fields of Park Hill Orchard, along with a packed calendar of creative events — from full moon poetry walks to plein air painting and community yoga.
My role involved organizing complex information — including trail maps, artist listings, event schedules, and donation details — into a layout that was easy to navigate while visually echoing the beauty and whimsy of the orchard setting. The final piece served as both a functional trail guide and a printed expression of AiO’s vibrant spirit.
This project reflects my approach to community-based design: clear, grounded, and crafted to enhance both place and purpose.
