Project Management

From Vision to Completion—Held with Precision

Your project deserves more than oversight—it deserves orchestration. With a multidisciplinary approach and an artist’s eye, I manage creative projects from concept to launch. From coordinating timelines and collaborators to ensuring every design detail aligns with your intention, I bring clarity, calm, and momentum to the process.

Each project is held with care—whether it’s a rebrand, a digital campaign, or a multi-format creative production.

Project Management Includes:
• Creative direction & timeline building
• Budget coordination & vendor liaising
• Team communication & progress reporting
• Asset curation & production oversight
• Brand consistency & final delivery

  • Art in the Orchard Brochure ’23
In 2023, Art in the Orchard welcomed 33 sculptors to transform the winding fields of Park Hill Orchard into an immersive, open-air gallery. I was honored to design the event brochure for this year’s exhibition — a visual guide for visitors navigating the half-mile sculpture trail through fruit-laden gardens, panoramic views, and creative discovery.

“At the Cambridge Science Festival, we aim to create a shared cultural festival from the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math experiences in our lives. Kristi Beisecker was a wonderful addition to our art and technology workshops in the 2014 science festival, engaging a diverse audience with her electrography work. Particularly the use of organic materials, plants and fauna, was effective and beautiful.”
